Hub & Flange Technical Specifications:
All Invader custom wheels are precision CNC-machined to standard Harley-Davidson geometry for straightforward fitment.
🎯 Rotor & Pulley Register: Standard 2.22 in (56 mm) hub pilot diameter for precise centering of brake rotors, drive sprockets, and belt pulleys.
⚙️ Front Hub Mounting: Pre-drilled and tapped with 5/16″-18 UNC threads.
🛠️ Rear Hub Mounting: Dual-threaded design featuring 7/16″-14 UNC threads for the drive sprocket/pulley flange and 3/8″-16 UNC threads for the brake rotor flange.
📏 Rear Hub Dimensions: Overall width measures 6 3/4 in (171.5 mm) across mounting faces, with a flange-to-flange width of 6.46 in (164 mm).
📦 Bearing Spacer Note: If you select the “No Bearings” option, the internal hub bearing spacer (crush sleeve) will still be included with your wheel.
ℹ️ Note: Custom spacing, external axle reducers, or custom rotor drilling may be required depending on your specific fork and swingarm setup.
